    • Ultimate users who purchased the AutoBlog Plugin before 4/24/23 are grandfathered into their original price agreement for lifetime updates and support, for the price they had paid at the time of purchase.
    • The support and updates provided with the AutoBlog Plugin are limited to the purchaser of the license and do not extend to sub clients.
  3. Payment and Refunds

    • We will refund the license fee if the termination or suspension is due to our fault or without fault on the part of the user.
    • Users are not permitted to use the AutoBlog Plugin for illegal activities, and any such use will result in immediate termination of the user’s license.
    • If a user’s license is terminated or suspended, the user must immediately cease using the AutoBlog Plugin and delete all copies of the AutoBlog Plugin from their devices.

    • Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the AutoBlog Plugin shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
    • You and we each consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections as to venue or inconvenient forum.
